We usually refer to that instance in the documentation, when we say **FincontractMarketplace**\n  * an interface/class of [Gateway](https://bitbucket.org/s-tikhomirov/fincontracts.git) smart contract, which couldn't be deployed to the blockchain as its an abstract smart contract, but must be instantiated on demand with a given **Gateway** address during Fincontract processing, such as [execution](#Executor)\n\n## Documentation\nDocumentation is hosted [here](https://doc.esdoc.org/github.com/asiron/fincontracts-lib/) \nthanks to ESDoc!\nAlternatively, you can clone this repo and build documentation locally. If you wish to do so, run:\n```shell\nnpm run docs\n```\nNow, you can simply navigate to `docs/index.html` and browse the documentation.\n\n\n## Projects\n[fincontract-cli](https://github.com/asiron/fincontracts-cli) is an example project\nwhich uses **fincontracts-lib**. It contains scripts for running your own\nprivate blockchain, deploying smart contracts and generating JavaScript files\nwith instantiation scripts necessary for using this library as already stated.\n\n## Examples\n\nThese examples show core functionality of the **fincontracts-lib** package.\nEverytime, we refer to these variables, we mean:\n\n  * `fincontract` is Fincontract's description tree\n  * `marketplace` is FincontractMarketplace smart contract instance\n  * `web3` is web3.js instance connected to an Ethereum node\n\n### Deployer\n\n**Deployer** allows for Fincontract deployment and issuence. It serializes,\nall properties: `owner`, `issuer` and the `proposedOwner` as well as serializes\nthe Fincontract's description tree into String, which can be easily
