MIT licensed.\n\n## How to use\nFirst you neeed to install the package via npm:\n\n```\nnpm install --save german-tax-id-validator\n```\n\nCommonJS:\n```js\nconst taxValidator = require('german-tax-id-validator');\n\nconst isValid = taxValidator.validate('01234567811');\n```\n\nESM:\n```js\nimport taxValidator from 'german-tax-id-validator';\n\nconst isValid = taxValidator.validate('01234567811');\n```\n\nThe `validate`-method accepts only strings;\n\nYou can further specify wich versions of valid tax-ids you want to test,\nbecause since 2016, another set of tax-ids is valid.
