base64.encode(str, asciiOnly)\nEncode string to base64, set asciiOnly to true for better performace.\n\n##### *str: `String`*\nString to encode.\n\n##### *asciiOnly: `Boolean` (default: `false`)*\nSpecify the string encoding is ASCII.\n\n#### base64.create(options)\nCreate a Base64 codec with custom options.\n\n##### *options.alphabet: `String`*\nSpecify the 64-character alphabet. The alphabet must contain exactly 64 unique characters and cannot contain `=`, CR, or LF.\n\n##### *options.padding: `Boolean` (default: `true`)*\nSpecify whether encoded output should include `=` padding.\n\n##### *options.lineLength: `Number` (default: `0`)*\nSpecify the encoded line length. It will not throw an exception when decoding a non-UTF8 base64 string as UTF-8 string.
