Hi, I'm Hayden. I'm a software developer and a student at Ontario Tech University with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly applications. My current professional interests include web development, mobile development, and data analytics. I'm always looking to learn new things and expand my knowledge base.
Managed and moderated a Microsoft and Twitch partner stream for a content creator. I was responsible for creating a promotional website for the stream, managing the stream/social media of the stream owner, moderating the stream's community, and providing technical support to the stream. I also worked with the stream owner to secure sponsorships, ensure the stream was running smoothly and that the stream owner was able to communicate with the stream.
Led a team of ~20 people. The team was responsible for running a 1k, running a 3k, and running a 5k to raise money for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Recruited members of the team and raised money for the charity.
Participated in the 2015 Youth Philanthropy Initiative held in highschool. Part of a team of 4 people who raised money for a women's shelter, Herizon House, and pitched the charity to the school board and YPI executives. Creating a portion of the pitch material and sourced students to donate stuffed animals and toothbrushes for the children of those abuse. Successfully won the challenge and raised over $5,000 for the charity.
