Privacy Policy

Pinecone Studio is a thin client for Pinecone-compatible endpoints. It does not operate a hosted backend for collecting user data.

Data Handling

Connection details such as endpoint URL and optional API key may be stored locally by the browser or VS Code webview so the workbench can reconnect during later sessions.

Network Requests

Requests are sent only to the Pinecone-compatible endpoint you configure. In the VS Code extension, HTTP calls are bridged through the local extension host to avoid browser CORS limitations.
