Environment

Home

Settings by function not by environment. Connect once, then work across roles, solutions, AI Flow, Flow Runs, agent sessions, and environment tools from one place.

Connect

Sign in, load environments, and choose the current Dataverse environment from the header.

Users and Teams

View environment users and teams, force-sync an Entra user, create Dataverse teams, and add users to teams.

Connections

Review environment connections, owners, connector details, and broken connection health.

Roles

Download role permissions, edit scopes in Excel, and upload the edited file.

Solutions

Filter solutions, inspect components, export ZIPs, and manage supported component settings.

Tables

Browse Dataverse tables, inspect columns, view row-count snapshots, and generate relationship diagrams.

Import

Analyze a solution ZIP, map connection references and environment variables, then import.

AI Flow

Review Copilot and AI Builder usage totals by flow or model, then sort and filter the underlying events.

Flow Runs

Track cloud flow run status, timing, trigger types, errors, per-flow totals, and jump into individual Power Automate runs.

Agent Sessions

Browse Dataverse conversation transcripts, then open a session to review a sanitized transcript view.

Component Actions

Update environment variables, switch connection references, turn flows on or off, and share apps, flows, and agents.

Scope Guide

none: no permission.

user: records owned by the user or their teams.

business: records in the user's business unit.

parent: records in the user's business unit and child business units.

org: records across the organization.

recordfilter: special filtered access where Dataverse exposes it for a privilege.

Table files use Create, Read, Write, Delete, Append, Append To, Assign, and Share. XLSX files hide metadata columns and add dropdown validation for editable scopes.
