Speci then injects `COPILOT_PROVIDER_BASE_URL`, `COPILOT_MODEL`, `COPILOT_PROVIDER_TYPE`, and `COPILOT_PROVIDER_API_KEY` for just that role's invocation, and skips live cloud model validation for it. All other roles keep using their own `copilot.models` entry and cloud validation as normal.
