`new StepFunctionsLocal(options)`\n\nCreates a new instance. `options` defaults to `{quiet = false, path = './.step-functions-local'}`.\n\n### `.install()`\n\nDownloads files required to run step functions. Path defaults to `./.step-functions-local`.\n\nReturns Promise.\n\n### `.start(options)`\n\nStarts the local server.
