javascript\nvar isnan = require( 'validate.io-nan' );\n```\n\n#### isnan( value )\n\nValidates if a `value` is `NaN`.\n\n``` javascript\nvar value = NaN;\n\nvar bool = isnan( value );\n// returns true\n```\n\n__Note__: the method first validates that a `value` is `numeric` before validating if a `value` is `NaN`.
