displays some basic ticket status\ninformation in the terminal for [Zendesk](http://www.zendesk.com/) agents.\n\nWhen properly configured, the default mode of operation uses the Zendesk API\nto fetch and display the following information in colorized Markdown format:\n\n* Ticket mood: Emoji indicating your current *ticket mood* based on the\n  ratio of open vs. pending status tickets: 😞 😐 😄\n* Total number of tickets\n* Total number of tickets in open status\n* Total number of tickets in pending status\n* Ticket number, customer ID, and ticket subject\n\n## Setup (npm)\n\nInstall the zendo module with `npm` like so:\n\n```\nnpm install zendo -g\n```\n\n### Example Configuration File\n\nCreate a `~/.zendo-config.json` configuration file containing the following:\n\n    {\n
